Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. You’ll get tracking once the parcel is on its way. Delivery time depends on destination — typically a few working days within Europe, longer overseas.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply. Those costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the shop price.
Order two or more cymbals in one checkout and you get an automatic 10% multi-cymbal discount on the cymbal total. The discount shows up in the cart and at checkout.

Photo colors can look slightly off depending on light and camera. All cymbals are traditional B20 and look as expected in real life. When in doubt, ask for extra shots.
You may return a cymbal within 14 days of receiving it.
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer (outbound shipping was free; the return parcel is not). Please contact us first so we can confirm the return and the address.
