This 22" Medium Ride weighs 2420g (№19).
100% hand-hammered—including a hand-formed bell—from Turkish B20 bronze, made in Zürich with traditional methods. Built with a focus on jazz, each cymbal is individually quality-checked by the cymbalsmith and a professional jazz drummer.
Smooth wash, yet sparkly. Complex sounding. Bell is rather small sized, with its underside un-lathed, very pleasant to play. This results in giving this cymbal just the faintest hint of some flat-ride-qualities. Some softness around the bell, which produces some muddiness if played there. In return you get a woody stick-sound... Normal Play-Zone has neutral quality and creates some nice deep undertones.
