This 21⅛" Thin Ride weighs 2082g (№18).
100% hand-hammered—including a hand-formed bell—from Turkish B20 bronze, made in Zürich with traditional methods. Built with a focus on jazz, each cymbal is individually quality-checked by the cymbalsmith and a professional jazz drummer.
Pretty contained with some shimmering/glassy highs, but not too much. Medium dry. Some soft zones around the bell, but the cymbal plays perfectly nice within the normal playing-zone (outer half of the body, towards the edge). Sounds muddy and "honky" close to the bell. I consider that an error on my end, hence the low price. In return it has a wonderful all-over-sound when played in the right zone. The bell itself has some weight to it, which means, that if you want to accentuate it, you really can... :-)
